I refuse to step on a scale through-out the week and keep it on a Sunday to check my progress weekly. This way, you don’t become obsessed with your weight on a day-to-day basis!

Weight: 151 lbs (same)
Body Fat: 22% (down .3%!)
BMI: 22.5% (same)

Arms: Flex-11” No flex-10% (progress!)
Waist: 30.25” (down .5”!)
Hips: 37.5”
Thigh: 23.5”

I love feeling more healthy with the good eating as well as routine work-outs! I suggest everyone to record their journey on a weekly basis :) Hope everyone had a fantastic week! Onto the next, GO HARD
