Woke up pretty sore this morning from last nights workout. Did 20 minutes on the eliptical, 30 minutes on the stairstepper, 15 minutes of jogging/running, then some arm and ab workouts. Trying to fall back into routine after making excuses the past week of being absent from the gym.

All my meals are prepared for the week, this is going to be a challenging and very rewarding time coming ahead, but I know the results will be well worth it. I have already cut soda and fast food out of my diet and I already feel better with the amount of water and tea I consume.
